Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping Australia-wide: timings vary according to Australia Post capacity

  • Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.

International Orders

  • ATD does not currently offer international orders.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted on faulty products.

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Underwear

  • Opened or used dancewear, accessories, make-up

Return Process

  1. Email info@allthingsdance.com.au with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or product, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email info@allthingsdance.com.au within 5 days with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
